They offer general insurance products on 3 continents through brokers or using their direct retail channels. While Elite Insurance initially specialized primarily in legal insurance, their general insurance segment was relatively modest. As part of their growth strategy, they aimed to expand their portfolio of general insurance products.

Elite Insurance was in search of a flexible business management solution that could accommodate their complex requirements across various aspects of their operations, including insurance product definition, policy lifecycle management, claims processing, and reinsurance management. Additionally, they were looking for a software tool that could streamline and automate their sales and marketing processes, enabling them to deliver fast and high-quality services to their customers. As a final enhancement to their solution, they envisioned the implementation of a self-service client portal. Alongside improving client interactions, they also aimed to revamp their approach to working with brokers and agents.
